M & J Holdings is an emerging Black owned enterprise, which was established by innovative and ambitious young black men.
The challenge was the gap in the rural that the members identified, since both directors grew up in the local community and most of the local people are running away from the rural areas and they forget about where they come from.
Intense marketing, networking and prospecting has however landed M & J Holdings Civil & Construction Engineering and General Building projects which have now become our main business focuses.
