About us

M & J Holdings is an emerging Black owned enterprise, which was established by innovative and ambitious young black men. The challenge was the gap in the rural that the members identified, since both directors grew up in the local community and most of the local people are running away from the rural areas and they forget about where they come from.

While having those focuses, opportunities from other sectors of the economy were not ignored as ten young ambitious black innovative individuals lead the company. The directors and their team managed to diversify the business into other sectors such as Residential and Commercial Property Development, Plant Hire & Sales, Logistics, Financial Services and Consulting, Arts & shapes.
M & J Holdings is aimed to redress structural distortions and common deficiency in the economic system of South Africa such as:

•  Deprivation from youth in business especially in Construction and  Supply of equipments.

•  Deprivation from black youth in agricultural sectors and Mining sectors.
•  Deprivation from ready access to finance and business network.
